適用と同意
本規約は、開発者が提供する「鬼ごっこ」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件です。本アプリを利用した時点で、ユーザーは本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとします。
利用環境
対応する iPhone または iPad と OS を利用者が用意します。ランキング機能の利用にはインターネット接続が必要です。未成年者は保護者の同意を得て利用してください。
主な機能
旧校舎を舞台に、鬼から隠れて生き延びるひとり用のホラー鬼ごっこアプリです。

- 表示名を登録して参加するオンラインランキング

コミュニティ機能
ランキングに参加すると、登録した表示名と、生存時間・逃げ切った回数・見つかっていた時間などの記録が、ランキングを閲覧するほかの利用者に公開されます。表示名に本名や連絡先を含めないでください。
禁止事項
- 法令または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリへの不正アクセス、妨害、過度な負荷
- 法令で認められる範囲を超える複製、再配布または解析
知的財産権
本アプリに関する権利は開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約によって権利は譲渡されません。
保証と責任
- 本アプリの正確性、完全性、安全性、継続性、特定目的への適合性、データの保持を保証しません。
- ユーザーは、本アプリの利用に伴うリスクを理解し、法令上認められる最大限の範囲で、利用または利用不能から生じる損害について、いかなる場合も開発者が責任を負わないことに同意します。
- 前項は、消費者契約法その他の強行法規により免責できない責任には適用されません。開発者の故意または重大な過失による責任も、法令に従います。
変更・終了
開発者は、保守、障害、法令対応などのため、本アプリまたは本規約を変更、停止、終了する場合があります。重要な変更は適切な方法で通知します。
準拠法
本規約には日本法を適用します。法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリに関する紛争は日本の管轄裁判所で解決します。

Scope and agreement
These Terms govern the app “Onigokko” (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Requirements
You need a compatible iPhone or iPad and OS. An internet connection is required to use the ranking feature. Minors should obtain parental consent before use.
Features
A single-player horror hide-and-seek app set in an old school building, where you hide from an Oni to survive.
- Single-player hide-and-survive gameplay against a pursuing Oni
- An in-app catalog ("Oni Encyclopedia") introducing five types of Oni
- An online ranking you can join by registering a display name
- VoiceOver support
Community features
When you join the ranking, your registered display name and records such as survival time, number of escapes, and time found are shown to other users who view the ranking. Do not include your real name or contact details in your display name.
Prohibited conduct
- Violating law or third-party rights
- Unauthorized access, interference, or excessive load
- Copying, redistribution, or analysis beyond what the law permits
Intellectual property
Rights in the App belong to the Developer or their lawful owners. These Terms do not transfer those rights.
Warranties and liability
- The App is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, safety, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or data retention.
- By using the App, you accept its risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable under any circumstances for loss arising from use of or inability to use the App.
- This exclusion does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law. Liability for the Developer’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains subject to applicable law.
Changes and termination
The Developer may change, suspend, or end the App or these Terms for maintenance, failures, legal compliance, and other reasons. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes concerning the App will be resolved by a court in Japan to the extent permitted by law.
